What are you going to do?
Do you want to work in a commercial sales role at a growing subsidiary of Air France/KLM? AAs a Technical Sales Manager, you will contribute to the growth of EPCOR through your responsibility for account management of the Air France / KLM group. You will represent EPCOR during customer visits and at international trade fairs, build long-term relationships, and negotiate prices and conditions. You will prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts for the maintenance of Auxiliary Power Units and components. After successful contract negotiations, you will hand over the execution of contractual agreements and direct customer inquiries to the Customer Support team during the technical repair and maintenance process.
You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding activities for the Air France - KLM group. The group consists of the airlines Air France, KLM, Transavia NL, Transavia France, HOP, KLM Cityhopper, and the maintenance companies KLM Component Services and Engine Services, Air France Industries Maintenance Services, and Engine Services. The group accounts represent a significant share of EPCOR's total customer base.
In some cases, you will work with the Sales team of Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance. You will be the first point of contact for these group accounts in terms of relationship management and operational performance of the contract. By identifying and seizing commercial opportunities, you will achieve further growth for EPCOR. Together with your sales colleagues, you will annually develop and implement sales strategies to realize EPCOR's growth. You will report to the Commercial Director.
Your profile
We are looking for a colleague who recognizes themselves in the following competencies: commercial ability, customer orientation, planning and organizing, and result orientation. Additionally, you have:
- A bachelor’s degree in a technically and commercially related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar commercial role;
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems;
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written; proficiency in French is a plus.
