Introduction
Are you ready to make a real impact by implementing initiatives that improve the work lives of over 30,000 KLM employees—and regularly make headlines? Then this is the role for you. KLM is constantly negotiating with unions about collective labor agreements. Reaching consensus is important, but careful implementation is just as crucial. That’s where you come in: as a Business Product Analyst within the Reward & Retain team, you play a key role in rolling out employment conditions and reward initiatives that affect all employees.
What are you going to do?
As a Business Product Analyst Level 2, you help product teams get the most out of their digital products. You identify opportunities to make processes smarter, translate user needs into practical solutions, and ensure new tools are truly adopted. Working closely with users, software engineers, and product owners, you turn their input into concrete actions.
Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with users to map out their processes and requirements
- Design the ideal workflow that fits the digital product
- Support testing and analyze the product’s impact
- Guide users in using the tools and resolve any issues
- Contribute to product development based on data and user feedback
Where do you land?
You’ll be part of the Business Platform People Technology & Intelligence (PT&I), based in Amstelveen. Here, you work alongside colleagues from various product teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product owners. You report to the Business Product Analysis Leader, who supports your professional growth and craftsmanship.
