We are looking for a Change- & Transformation Manager who can turn strategic ambitions into tangible results. In this role, you will lead and support complex transformation initiatives across our Operations & Supply Chain domains — from identifying and structuring the problem, through developing and implementing solutions, to embedding new ways of working and realizing sustainable business benefits.
What are you going to do?
As a Change- & Transformation Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead transformation initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and analysis through solution design, implementation, adoption and realization of sustainable business benefits.
- Structure and solve complex business problems, bringing clarity to ambiguous situations, identifying root causes, developing fact-based solutions and translating them into concrete actions.
- Develop and execute change approaches, including stakeholder management, communication, capability building, training and change-readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.
- Translate strategy into execution, helping business leaders and initiative owners turn strategic objectives into focused initiatives, clear actions and measurable outcomes.
- Challenge and support initiative owners and business leaders, providing hands-on support, bringing external perspectives and helping remove barriers, resolve issues and maintain momentum.
- Steer the CS change portfolio, ensuring clear priorities, governance, dependencies and effective allocation of limited change capacity.
- Drive the annual OKR creation cycle for Component Services, in close collaboration with AFKL Group OKRs, and lead the monthly OKR review process with CS Leadership.
- Build and strengthen the Change & Transformation capability within CS, by developing the team’s methodologies, tools, ways of working and knowledge base, coaching colleagues and sharing best practices across initiatives.
Where do you land?
You will join the Transformation, Continuous Improvement & Data department within KLM Engineering & Maintenance – Component Services, located at Hangar 14 in Schiphol-East. The Change team is responsible for leading and implementing business change initiatives end-to-end across domains including repair, logistics and commercial activities.
Your profile

5+ years of experience in Change Management, Transformation Management or Consulting, with a proven track record of delivering impact;

WO Master's degree or equivalent academic background;
- Change management is in your DNA. You know how to bring different perspectives together, build commitment and embed changes in a way that delivers sustainable results;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex and ambiguous challenges, identify root causes, develop hypotheses, analyse facts and translate insights into clear recommendations;

A strong execution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to turn strategy into action, create and maintain momentum, take ownership, challenge the status quo and find pragmatic ways forward with limited guidance;

Additionaly you should have a strong interest in logistics and supply chain and speak Dutch or are willing to learn it;
