Introduction
As a Cargo Sales Excellence Project Manager Intern, the world is at your feet at KLM. Work with us on the development of our Cargo Sales teams and various change programs. You will meet our Sales teams and leaders from all over the world and find yourself in an international, exciting, and dynamic environment, with a currently thriving Cargo business. What are you going to do?
One of our key goals is to create a strong international Sales Team that not only feels connected to our company, but also to colleagues worldwide, where best practices are shared and people support one another in the customer approach we aim for. Contribute to the development of international learning solutions and online workshops for Cargo Sales teams around the world. You will play a role in facilitating the further design and implementation of projects related to the following themes:
- Digital connectivity / new media
- Improving and steering internal communication
- Learning & Development
- Knowledge management
- Organizing online international workshops
Where do you land?
You will be based in the Transport Building at Schiphol-East at KLM Cargo. Your work environment will be dynamic, and you will work closely with the Sales Distribution Management team.
Your profile
We are looking for a Bachelor’s or Master’s student with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who is able to connect and communicate with a wide range of people around the world. Previous experience in project management, specifically in driving change, is important. You enjoy working in and contributing to a team (the working language is English). The maximum travel time to Schiphol-East is 60 minutes. (There is a bus stop in front of the building and free parking within walking distance.)
