For our recruitment team, we're looking for a Corporate Recruiter who is energized by finding talent, improving processes, and building a strong employer brand. You'll work for inspiring brands like KLM in an environment where quality, collaboration, and enjoyment are paramount.

What are you going to do?

As a Corporate Recruiter, you'll be responsible for the entire recruitment process, including Customer Service Agents, Support Specialists, and internal staff roles. You'll work closely with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders to attract the right candidates and provide an optimal candidate experience.

You'll recruit not only for well-known brands like KLM, but also for our support departments, including HR, Workforce Management, and Finance & Control. For these roles, you'll actively source, screen, and advise, and you'll have the opportunity to broadly utilize your recruitment skills.
You'll be involved from start to finish: from job descriptions and campaigns to selection, benefits negotiations, and onboarding. You'll also contribute to improving our processes and participate in various recruitment projects.

Your responsibilities at a glance:

• You'll conduct phone and in-person selection interviews with candidates
• You'll manage and optimize the candidate pipeline
• You'll actively engage with hiring managers, HR, and other internal stakeholders
• You'll contribute to improvements in the recruitment process
• You'll contribute to projects such as referral programs, employer branding, and onboarding

Your profile

• HBO work and thinking level

• At least 1 to 3 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a commercial or service-oriented environment

• You know how to make a difference in the candidate journey

• You are proactive, structured, and can switch smoothly between tasks and stakeholders

• You speak and write fluent Dutch and good English

• You are available 32 to 40 hours per week
