As a Business Product Analyst (BPA) in the TACK team, you play a key role in translating ground operations schedules into leave and compensation processes.

What are you going to do?
As a Business Product Analyst (BPA), you support the product team in maximizing the value of our products. You ensure that solutions align with user needs, drive adoption, and support changes in business processes. You analyze the product’s impact and make it measurable.
Your key responsibilities:

Mapping current processes and guiding the transition to the desired situation;

Gathering, specifying, and prioritizing user requirements;

Supporting the Product Owner in prioritizing features based on user value;

Organizing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting process validation;

Measuring business impact using KPIs and other performance indicators;

Performing technical configurations in applications to meet user needs;

Increasing user adoption by organizing workshops and training sessions;

Stepping in to support team members when needed;

Ensuring accurate data management.
Where do you land?
You will join the TACK team within KLM’s People Technology and Intelligence (PTI) platform. This platform develops innovative tools and technologies that support the entire employee journey.
The team manages products that are essential to KLM’s ground staff. It translates collective labor agreement (CLA) regulations into WorkforcePlus, which planners in ground operations use for scheduling. The team acts as a key link between the business and other product teams.
Your profile
An enthusiastic and proactive professional with experience in analyzing and improving business processes, capable of translating technological solutions into valuable innovations.
You bring:

A minimum of a bachelor’s-level (HBO) working and thinking ability;

Experience with process modeling techniques (BPMN, UML);

Strong data analysis skills to measure impact;
-
Knowledge of data management and its practical application;

The ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks;
-
Experience in requirements analysis and translating them into features;
-
An eye for user adoption and the challenges that come with it;
-
Willingness to work on-site regularly and stay closely connected to the business;
-
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
