Graduation Internship: Improve Stakeholder Engagement

Dive into an exciting project aimed at enhancing the involvement of our stakeholders within our Agile portfolio management process. This way, you contribute directly or indirectly to a smooth organization and unforgettable flights.

What are you going to do?

As portfolio management intern, you will assist in improving the engagement of our stakeholders, including business owners and epic owners, in our Agile portfolio management process. You'll develop a change management plan based on best practices, advice, and a clear timeline. This research and the resulting advice will be closely linked to ongoing research on Value Tracking. You'll collaborate with Scrum Masters of IP&C, the Portfolio Manager, and another intern, while also connecting with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Owners. Your focus will be on analyzing the current situation, investigating best practices, clarifying roles, and crafting an engagement strategy.

Furthermore:

• You analyze and assess the current stakeholder engagement methods;
• You create strategies to enhance engagement with stakeholders;
• You develop a comprehensive change management plan;
• You collaborate with various teams to gather insights and feedback;
• You present findings and strategies to key stakeholders.

You will be part of KLM's dynamic data & technology department, located in a rapidly evolving environment aimed at making KLM the most data & technology-driven airline in the world. You'll work closely with a team focused on modernizing our technology stack, architecture, and positioning the right people in our organization to deliver valuable software that satisfies our customers' needs.

Your profile

You thrive when faced with a challenge and can work independently to achieve goals. You are adept at conducting literature research and applying findings effectively. You have a strong affinity with the Agile way of working. Your communication skills in Dutch and English are excellent, enabling you to convey ideas clearly and engage with stakeholders effectively.

Furthermore:

• You are currently pursuing a degree in business, management, aviation or a related field;
• You have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies;
• You have experience in change management or stakeholder engagement;
• You have the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
