What are you going to do?
As an intern specializing in portfolio management with a focus on value tracking, you will be instrumental in refining the approach to value throughout the Portfolio Process stages. Your work will involve defining value, determining measurement and validation timelines, and optimizing processes. You will seek solutions to key questions, including:
- How is value defined?
- How is value measured?
- Who plays a role in validating value assumptions?
- What is the stakeholder's role in the value tracking process?
- When should value be defined, and how can it be strategically integrated?
- How can value be leveraged to enhance portfolio management practices?
The ultimate aim of your assignment is to seamlessly integrate value tracking into the Portfolio Management process, enhancing its effectiveness and strategic impact.

Your profile
- You are currently pursuing a degree in business, management, aviation or a related field.
- You are looking for a challenge and can work independently.
- You are capable of conducting literature research and applying the results effectively.
- You have a strong affinity with portfolio management.
- You possess excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Your ability to adapt rapidly and identify solutions will be key to your success in this dynamic role.
