What are you going to do?
Very briefly, you’ll be the champion of Agile methodologies, leading the way in facilitating Agile ceremonies and processes. You will use your expert coaching and guidance skills to ensure team members are aligned with Agile principles and empowered to drive continuous improvement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, you will ensure that KLM delivers high-quality solutions that will make its customers happy.
In addition;
- You remove impediments that may be preventing the team from reaching their full potential and ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to be successful.
- You ensure transparency and visibility into the team's progress and performance through the use of Agile reporting metrics and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- You collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals and customer needs
Where do you land?
You will facilitate 2 product teams in the D&T PT&I Platform. At the start this will be the Reward & Retain (Compensation & Benefits) and the IMEI team (SAP SUCCESSFACTORS) product team. This can change within the platform overtime. The team works closely together with the related KLM HR Business departments. Currently both teams also have a close collaboration with the Payroll to Cloud migration and BlueHR (AF/KL Core HR Convergences) program.
Your profile
You love coaching and facilitating. You have strong communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders and leadership alike. You are an experienced Agile practitioner who possesses a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. You have a proven track record of successfully leading Agile teams in the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Additionally, you have;
- A bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A Certified Scrum Master (PSM 1-2) or equivalent certification.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting metrics is a plus.
Fluency in Dutch is a requirement for this role.
