This multi-year effort will be orchestrated by the Air France-KLM MOON (Moving to Offer and Order Native) program.

CONTEXT AND AMBITION OF THE MOON PROGRAM
The MOON program (Moving to Offer Order Native) represents Air France-KLM's transition to the new IATA One Order standard. This program is at the heart of Air France-KLM's strategic transformation, aiming to redefine how customer bookings are managed while also rethinking the various business processes surrounding them. Designed to modernize our tools and meet the demands of a constantly evolving industry, MOON plays a central role in our pursuit of operational excellence, technological innovation, and customer satisfaction.
 

What are you going to do?

Lead the vision and strategy for the future systems Order Management System (OrMS), Product Catalog (PC) and Stock Keeper (SK) within the MOON program, ensuring that the products delivers maximum value to the business and meets stakeholder needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Business and IT, to define and prioritize products features and enhancements that align with business objectives processes inspired by other domain.

 
 
An average workday might look like this: 

  • You define vision for value creation with the Product Owner
  • You Gather and analyze requirements
  • You analyze customer needs and translate them into IT requirements; 
  • You assess the value and impact of innovations using data and KPIs; 
  • You manage and advise stakeholders on products and services; 
  • You ensure the quality of existing products and services; 
  • You leverage data to monitor product performance and propose improvements.

You will join the Commercial team at KLM, collaborating with enthusiastic colleagues who all contribute to the development of innovative solutions. Our office is located in the heart of Amstelveen, an inspiring environment where teamwork and creativity thrive. 

Your profile

You have a proactive attitude and think in solutions. You switch seamlessly between tasks and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you take the initiative to propose improvements and implement ideas. 
 

  • you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a relevant field; 
  • you are familiar with IATA ONE Order and Modern Airline Retailing concepts;
  • you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role; 
  • you are familiar with Agile methodologies and have experience with digital products; 
  • you speak and write fluently in English; 
  • you possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
