What are you going to do?
As a data analyst, you'll be responsible for gathering, analysing, and visualising data to support business performance and strategic decision-making. You’ll assist the team in interpreting results and providing actionable insights.
Your tasks will include:
- collecting, analysing, and visualising data to generate meaningful insights;
- working with programming and analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Google Analytics;
- designing and managing data pipelines and data models;
- advising on data usage and communicating results to the team and business stakeholders;
- mentoring junior team members and colleagues within the platform.
Where do you land?
You’ll join the business platform Ground team at KLM, based iat Schiphol. The team consists of driven professionals working on the digitalisation of business processes. You’ll report directly to the Data Science Leader and work functionally with the Product Owner.
Your profile
We are looking for a data analyst who takes a proactive and solution-oriented approach. You quickly identify bottlenecks and provide clear, actionable advice. You easily switch between different tasks and are able to turn data into strategic insights. You have strong communication skills and can present complex data in an understandable way.

You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field;

You have over 4 years of experience with data analysis, SQL, Python, and Google Analytics;

You have experience designing data pipelines and data models;

You have knowledge of data management and best practices for data analysis;

You are experienced with Power BI and know how to develop dashboards that truly add value;

You have knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud;
