We support our colleagues on the platform, in the baggage hall and the departure hall by improving existing IT products or developing and implementing new products so that they can do their work as efficiently as possible.

Our department has an innovative culture. Among other things, we have a Hack Week, focus time for Learning & Development, and we are part of the BPA Community of Practice. We work to create and maintain an inclusive atmosphere where you can be yourself regardless of what you look like, what is in your passport, how you identify yourself, what your religious beliefs are, or who you embrace when you come home. In short: it's not about who you are, but how you are.
