Introduction
Are you passionate about sustainability and want to contribute to communicating progress within the aviation sector? Then this role might be for you! At The MRO Lab, we focus on internal communication about sustainability within KLM Engineering & Maintenance (E&M). We ensure that our content remains up-to-date and create new content as needed.
What are you going to do?
You will be engaged in internal communication within KLM Engineering & Maintenance, with a focus on content creation and management. Additionally, you will support both internal and external communication. Sustainability is an important topic for everyone, including KLM. It is crucial for us to keep our staff informed about our progress. This can be done through various media, such as articles and infographics. Do you think a message is better conveyed through video? You will have the freedom to explore that! You will have a lot of creative freedom, which comes with significant responsibility. We want to make sustainability as engaging as possible! Tasks can range from informing our mechanics about new developments to creating vlogs to promote events.
Where do you land?
You will work at The MRO Lab, part of the Improvement Team at KLM Engineering & Maintenance. We are involved in innovation, sustainability, and other improvement projects within KLM E&M. You will collaborate with our project managers to communicate sustainability.
Your profile
You effortlessly switch from one activity to another and quickly analyze where the problem lies. You are someone who easily translates ideas into effective communication and ensures that messages are clear and convincing. You have a keen eye for detail and are not afraid to explore new creative paths.
Additionally:
- You are a third-year student in Journalism, Communication, Creative Business, or Marketing & Media;
- You have experience or an affinity with content creation and management;
- You possess writing skills and an eye for content management;
- You have visual creativity that enhances your work;
- You are proactive and enjoy collaborating with various teams within the organization.
