What are you going to do?

As a product manager, you’ll develop and optimize digital products that improve business processes and contribute to KLM’s success. You’ll define a clear product strategy and roadmap while setting priorities for your team. By tracking product performance based on data and KPIs, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate needs and opportunities into actionable solutions. 

Additionally: 

  • you manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks aligned with strategic goals; 
  • you monitor your team’s performance and provide constructive feedback as needed; 
  • you engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and a shared vision; 
  • you support users in adopting new products and improved processes; 
  • you actively contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration. 

Where do you land?

You’ll join the dynamic Business Platforms team at KLM, based in Amstelveen. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with other product teams, the director of product, and a variety of stakeholders across KLM. The team is composed of dedicated professionals working together to achieve digital innovation and significant business impact. 

 

Your profile

You are a strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach and the ability to inspire others with your vision. You seamlessly shift between operational details and strategic goals, keeping the interests of stakeholders and team members in focus. 

Furthermore: 

  • you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree and have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role; 
  • you have proven experience managing complex digital products and teams; 
  • you are skilled in data analysis and KPI-driven decision-making; 
  • you are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; 
  • you are familiar with agile methodologies and product management principles.
