We are looking for a motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our team in the Warehousing and Logistics domain, fortifying and expediting our business transformation efforts. The anticipated impact of the new product extends across the entire organization of KLM Engineering and Maintenance. 

What are you going to do?

As a Product Owner, your responsibilities will include:


•    Identifying and unlocking business value through a combination of business process redesign initiatives and innovative product development.
•    Defining and maintaining the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders across the entire Engineering & Maintenance Organization and other product teams.
•    Taking ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from vision and ideation to development, implementation, growth, and maintenance.
•    Motivating and guiding the product team to ensure optimal contribution towards delivering maximum value for the organization.
•    Contributing to and reinforcing the fundamentals of our Agile way of working to further enhance efficiency.
•    Fostering an environment that enables your team to excel.

Where do you land?

You will be joining a transformational organization geared towards facilitating business growth. As part of KLM Engineering & Maintenance's Component Services team, you will contribute to maintaining, repairing, and delivering aircraft components to Air-France-KLM and external clients. Specifically, you will be part of the Transformation, Continuous Improvement, and Data team, where you will initiate a new product, necessitating the creation of a new team. This team operates from KLM Engineering & Maintenance located in Schiphol-East.
The Transformation, Continuous Improvement, and Data team plays a pivotal role in driving our organizational transformation.

Your profile

To excel in this role, you should possess:


•    A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
•    A passion for making a significant impact.
•    Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a data-driven mindset to unlock value.
•    Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, with knowledge of Agile methodology and the SAFe framework.
•    Relationship-building skills, fostering strong connections with stakeholders.
•    The ability to motivate and encourage team autonomy, embodying an energetic and spirited demeanor.
•    Solid interpersonal and collaborative skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
•    A valid EU working permit.

We offer

  • A gross salary between €4,988.38 and €7,126.25 per month;
