Flight KL691, made possible by you, Scrum Master. You are not just a facilitator and coach of Agile methodologies; you are the versatile Swiss Army knife of our teams. Your confidence, adaptability, and multifaceted skills ensure that cross-functional teams are aligned, empowered, and continuously improving. Your contribution will play a vital role in helping KLM to stay one of the safest airlines in the world.
What are you going to do?
Very briefly, you’ll be the champion of Agile/Lean methodologies, leading the way in facilitating Agile ceremonies and processes. You will use your coaching skills to ensure team members are aligned with Agile principles and empowered to drive continuous improvement. You maximize collaboration between cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and business stakeholders, you will ensure that our teams deliver world class safety solutions in the most efficient way.
In addition;

You act as the Swiss Army knife of the team, stepping in where needed, whether it’s removing impediments, solving problems, or as a pro-active sparring partner for your product owner.

You ensure transparency and visibility into the team's progress and performance through Agile reporting metrics and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

You collaborate with Product Owners to bring focus and ensure that deliverables are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals and customer needs.

You foster and facilitate a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the teams.

Your profile
You love coaching and facilitating. You have strong communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders and leadership alike. You are an experienced Agile practitioner who possesses a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. You have a proven track record of successfully leading Agile teams in the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Additionally, you have;
- A bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting metrics is a plus.
