Introduction
The Robotics Process Automation (RPA) department of Digital Finance and Procurement is the place within Air France KLM where we work on smart and future-proof solutions. In our small RPA team, you, as a Business Analyst, get the unique opportunity to make a real impact with RPA. Our department automates parts of financial and procurement processes using cutting-edge technology, making the organization smarter, more efficient, and more agile.

What are you going to do?
As a Business Analyst RPA, you play a crucial role within our team. Through your insight and dedication, we use innovation to ensure the quality of our business. You:
- Analyze and optimize business processes with a lean mindset.
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to identify and realize automation opportunities.
- Design and implement efficient RPA solutions using UiPath Orchestrator. This is done in close collaboration with the developers in our team who develop the initial scripts.
- Work together with teams in France and Budapest and contribute to the exchange of knowledge and best practices.
- Actively promote RPA to stakeholders through presentations and demonstrations.
- Optimize governance and lifecycle management processes.
- Contribute to the tactical development of RPA within the organization and help elevate the team to a higher level.
Take ownership of RPA projects and work proactively on continuous improvements.

You will be part of the CIO Office & IMO, a department focused on supporting the business in achieving its objectives. You will work in a collegial team of enthusiastic professionals committed to continuous process improvement. The office is located in Amstelveen, where you will collaborate with various departments to deliver impactful projects.
Your profile
You are a proactive and analytical team player who quickly identifies and resolves problems. You seamlessly switch between different tasks and ensure that everyone is well-informed about project progress. You are results-oriented and foster open communication within the team.
- you hold a Master’s degree in ICT or business administration;
- you have at least 7-10 years of experience in ICT, preferably in a commercial environment;
- you possess in-depth knowledge of business processes within your domain;
- you speak and write fluently in both Dutch and English;
- you have experience in project management and change management.
Your responsibilities:
- Encourage the use and application of innovative technologies.
- Map business processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
- Gather, specify, and prioritize business and user requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Test acceptance criteria with end-users.
- Guide your implementations of the chosen RPA solutions.
We are looking for a driven and independent senior professional with preferably experience in financial processes, SAP, Orchestrator, and knowledge of the KLM IT landscape – or the curiosity to quickly acquire this.
