What are you going to do?
Air France KLM Cargo works with a decentralized Sales Organisation, approximately 170 Sales and Inside Sales Managers are spread over 70 locations worldwide. Their focus is to sell our networks and products and to be(come) a trusted advisor to customers in the Cargo airline Industry. In order to do so they need the best possible information at their fingertips. In the past years we have heavily invested on the development of a change program for sales managers; in this program we offer our Sales a series of tools to get more insights on the customer strategy. Next to this we constantly run projects centrally from our Amsterdam office to improve our communication flow towards out international teams (internal newsletters, online workshops...). One of our main goals is to create a strong international Sales Team that feels connected not only to our company but also to colleagues worldwide, sharing best practices and supporting each other on the customer approach we ambition.
You will have a role in facilitating the further design and implementing projects related to the following themes:

Organize online international workshops
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with great written & verbal communication skills that is able to connect to and interact with different people across the globe. Prior experience in project management, specifically how to make change happen, is important. Enjoy working in- and contributing to a team (main language spoken English), Max. travel Distance from Schiphol Oost 60 minutes. (bus stop in front of the building and free parking possibilities are within walking distance)
