Join our team at the MRO Lab as an Innovation Consultant intern within the HR department. We are dedicated to enhancing and optimizing HRM processes through creative means, and we are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to contribute to our projects.
Wat ga je doen?
You will pay a pivotal role in shaping the future of HRM processes at the MRO Lab. Some of your responsibilities are organizing and managing events to attract top talent while you are collaborating with the app and design team to develop innovative solutions that will optimize HRM processes. You could also be involved in coordinating and executing other events for the entire KLM Engineering and Maintenance (E&M). This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain a hands-on experience within a leading aviation company and actively contribute to our HRM innovation initiatives.
Waar land je?
You will be working at The MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) Lab, part of the HRM Team at KLM Engineering & Maintenance. We are concerned with HRM processes, communication, innovation and other improvement projects within KLM E&M. You will be working on optimizing the HR processes within the MRO Lab.
