We want you as Information Analyst within the Operational Department at Transavia
Would you like to contribute to solving the puzzle of creating the most optimal flight plan for the future? And can you quickly unravel requirements and information flows? Then we are looking for you as an Information Analyst at Transavia.

What are you going to do?

As an Information Analyst at Transavia, you play an essential role in Team Aircraft, a DevOps team responsible for a SaaS application for the maintenance of our fleet. You will work in self-organizing DevOps/Scrum teams following an Agile methodology, with continuous investment in employees. Together with stakeholders within the operational domain, you will perform a requirements analysis and map out information needs. In doing so, you analyze and improve operational and business processes within Transavia.

• Translating collected requirements into functional specifications and IT solutions;
• Collaborating with development teams and stakeholders to support implementation;
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our working methods and processes;
• Acting as the link between the Flight IT team and other IT teams;
• Using your communication and technical skills to promote effective collaboration.

Where do you land?

Within Transavia’s IT organization, which consists of approximately 180 colleagues, you will work as an Information Analyst. You will collaborate with the IT Area Lead, Product Owner, Domain Architect, and Scrum Master/Agile Coach. Transavia's ongoing mission is to deliver advanced technology that provides both passengers and colleagues with an excellent experience. Your profile

For this vacancy as Information Analyst at Transavia you have a lot to offer, because:

• You have completed a higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) education and have at least five years of experience in a similar role;
• You have experience with various modeling languages (BPMN, UML, Archimate) and tools to support and safeguard your message;
• You are certified or experienced in Agile working. Terms like refinement, sprint planning, and DevOps are familiar territory for you;
• You work well in a team but can also independently take on and develop tasks;
• You are analytically strong, communicative, and work in a structured way;
• You reside in the Netherlands and are fluent in both English and Dutch;
• You are 'flexible', i.e., always ready and able to adapt. We need this to improve what we do and to keep up with the constantly changing world around us.
