What are you going to do?

As Operations Research Specialist, you will assist Transavia in developing large strategic models. You will work on Operations Research projects such as developing optimal planning, network, crew, and maintenance plans. We need your help in developing and maintaining these models. You will guide your solutions from initial design through development to go-live and usage within Transavia.

Where do you land?

The SDI department (Strategy, Data, and Intelligence) leads the transformation to data-driven work, advises departments based on information and insights, and builds data and AI solutions for Transavia's customers and employees. The team was established to elevate Transavia to a higher level in Data & Analytics, offering you the opportunity to be part of this transformation.

Your profile

Who are you?

You have a lot going for you for this vacancy of Operations Research Specialist at Transavia, because:

• You have a completed Master's degree in econometrics or a mathematically related subject;
• You have at least 3 years of Operations Research knowledge and practical experience;
• You have experience in programming, with a preference for AIMMS and Python;
• You have a team-oriented mindset but can also work independently;
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of the agile way of working;
Knowledge of ML models.
