2. Together with the manager, our recruiters will assess whether your profile fits the position in question. We will get back to you as soon as possible, but no later than 2 weeks after the closing date (which is stated in each vacancy).
3. Have you been selected? Great, this means that we will invite you to a first interview with a recruiter and (possibly) your future manager. In this interview we will assess the contents of your resume and the skills that you need for this position. This way we can find out if you are the one we are looking for. Of course, we will also tell you more about the position, and you can ask any question you may have. So you can find out if the position is the right match for you as well.
4. Depending on how your first interview went, one or more follow-up interviews will take place.
5. We will conduct a background check for all positions. An additional safety investigation or assessment could also be part of the selection process.
