Wanted: team players with personality

You have everything it takes to make the difference 12,000km up in the air. Pampering others? You love it! You offer passengers the personal attention they've come to know and expect from KLM. In small, or especially in larger teams, you work together intensely, sometimes under a lot of pressure. This requires open-minded flexible team players. ‘Cabin crew, prepare for take-off.' At KLM a world opens up for you.

Meet the crew

Constance Dercksen, senior cabin attendant

‘At Cityhopper we work with a small team. This means lots of responsibility.’

'European flights are short and therefore you really have to ‘roll up your sleeves'. But you get a lot of satisfaction from hard work. I've visited cities which I wouldn't usually go to and in my secondary job as line trainer, I train new colleagues. So, it's never boring. As soon as I report to the crew centre I leave everything in my personal life behind me and am 100% focused on my work.'

Donovan Berends, cabin attendant

‘With a small gesture I try to make passengers feel welcome on board.’

'Interacting with passengers from different cultural backgrounds provides variety and challenges. I really receive the whole world on board. When I see my passengers disembarking happy and healthy that gives me a big boost!'
