KLM Cabin crew

KLM Cabin Crew

Do you have what it takes to provide the best service at an altitude of 12,000 metres? Are you still energetic and positive even after a hard day's work? And do you have no problem being away from home several nights a week? Then we want you!

You are the face of KLM. You fly our customers to destinations over the whole world and play a crucial role in their experience with us. You provide our passengers with the personal attention they have come to know and expect from KLM – and sometimes that bit extra. Up in the skies you show what you're made of.

The art of touching passengers

For many passengers, the personal contact they have with our cabin attendants is an important reason for flying with KLM. That's why we are looking for cabin attendants with a personality that makes the difference. Those that can bring a smile to our passengers faces with ease. And who energetically apply themselves to providing safety and service on board. Have you mastered the art of transforming passenger journeys into unforgettable experiences?

Meet the crew

Marloes Felix, purser

‘A good atmosphere within the team is really important: this radiates to the passengers.’

'I've enjoyed working at KLM for the past 26 years. It's great fun as purser – and a challenge too- to create a good teamspirit with my crew. During the briefing, I try to make a direct connection and get to know the crew members in a short space of time. Only with teamwork can we make it a great flight!'

Donovan Berends, cabin attendant

'With a small gesture I try to make passengers feel welcome on board.’

'Interacting with passengers from different cultural backgrounds provides variety and challenges. I really receive the whole world on board. When I see my passengers disembarking happy and healthy that gives me a big boost!'
